I) DATES IN BRITISH ENGLISH

BRITISH DAY - MONTH FORMAT (DD/DD)

Example:
6/4 ==> 6th April (Ordinal numbers - spoken)
6/4 ==> 6 April (Cardinal numbers - written)

In British English, Ordinal numbers are more common

N.B. Cardinal and Ordinal numbers are both acceptable


FLASHCARDS = INSTRUCTIONS
You have a pile of cards.
a) Click NEXT to see card 1 = 6/4.
b) Click NEXT again to see card 2 = 6th April.
Repeat (a) and (b) as many times as you wish.
When you have memorised a pair of cards, click DELETE to make cards 1 and 2 disappear from the pile.
